My wife is working as a Nurse (LPN) in Alberta, we would like to apply for Permanent Resident through PNP
program, came across a news that PNP intake stopped till end of this year(2012), is it true?

PNP immigration or Canada experienced class immigration , which is the fastest way to get PR?

friends please clarify me.

Checkout the above website it does not say anything......I guess what you are saying they have stopped Skilled worker category for people living outside CANaDa......but still you can go through CEC or as a provoncial nominee or arranged employment

thank you, can you tell me which one is more fast?, since she hasn't completed one year, march 2012 only she complete one year, do you think so
she meet Canadian experienced class requirement(CEC)? my understanding is ,2 years need to go with CEC,at present.I read ,January 2013, requirement for CEC reduce to 1 year, is it true?
is it worth to wait for CEC? or better to go ahead with PNP?

please clarify me?

I guess CEC was always 1 year experience , it was never 2 years......Well if you are planning to settle in the province after you get PR go for PNP....if you are planning to move soon go CEC......if you apply through PNP you have to stick to the same employer till you get PR....that does not stand for CEC>.....so you have more freedom through CEC.....The time pf processing is very unpredictable and depends on case to caes......make a good judgement.....
