Noooooooo.....Ugh. Sorry for your disheartening news. We applied at the same time and got transferred at the same time so I can pretty much assume the same for myself. So sorry Knowledge101. :(

Sooooo frustrating, I sympathise with you. I even called them after what seemed like a million attempts and that was no help either. If you have not maxxed your attempts for the day, maybe try the UCI number instead of application number. Sorry for your troubles. The kicker for me was the "2"...

AUGUST 2016 - OUTLAND SPOUSAL APPLICANTS

I had a hard time too. My suggestion is to use the application number, last name, place of birth, and when it asks how many ppl are on the application say "2". Hopefully that works, it has been a while since I did it. Good luck!

We sent ours WITH the application. We had to get FBI clearance from the USA, and at the time it took 15 weeks to process. Thankfully I looked into it early and ordered it way in advance.

I'm with you Knowledge101, I think we are on the same timeline. Review of Eligibility has been "in process" since Sept 15 - Still no updates? Really, how long could it possibly take to determine eligibility? Getting nervous over here. Hope you're hanging in there! ;)
