This is what I have been told. That we would just have to go to the border. Pretty sure that is what Flagpolling is. We will have to anyways as my partner has been here in Canada - with his car the whole time and will need to 'import his car'. From what I am told, we just get a letter in the mail.

Best of luck. I submitted on Aug 8 and should be up for approval any day now as my background check is in process. That should give you a good idea of when you will be approved!

I hear ya. Border is 6 hrs away. But in another thread, someone said that because US is a visa-exempt country we do not need to go to the border. Sooooo.....wait and see, I suppose. As soon as I know I will share the info for sure. Thanks
