Send an email/letter explaining and ask for a written response and keep it as a proof and act as per what they recommend.

I have checked this topic, and your age change after ITA has no bearing on your ITA, you would be fine in that case. But this is only for age change, anything else I think will be problematic and can cause trouble. My understanding, not legal advice.

I assume when you say within a month = almost a month, then yes that should be the expected case. I was just illustrating that we can never say what is usual unless we do an analysis with a big sample size and case complexity. my case was simple took more than a month and some people are saying...

Yes that sounds about normal expected timeline (they say 20 business days after document receipt, in their website). 10 days or 2 months are outliers (and not usual cases) i guess.

That is debatable, because I don't think WES shares a statistics on average completion timeline vis-a-vis the complexity of cases , so it is subjective understanding and speculation, for example - I don't know of anybody who got their before a month (and I know of at least 6-7 people personally...

Well that's not correct. Mine was as straightforward as it can be (evaluating only Masters from one of the top US business schools. University sent them the transcripts in hours) for which they took more than a month. so...it depends and we will never know why

Who said I did not :) (I did not find it pertinent to mention here because the question poster might get some unfounded fears), but they (invigilators) just asked them not to open the papers :( (both were soft natured ladies)
