HI all!

When I create my profile in the pool I declare myself as SINGLE...since I thought this is the choice for Common Law partner not accompanying me to Canada...

Then I realized that I have to declare as Common Law in the eAPR as partner not accompanying me to Canada

The points are same under both condition

So my question is would this be a problem if I explain this in the Explanation Letter? My points are same thou

Or should I decline this ITA and reenter the pool as CL?

Send an email/letter explaining and ask for a written response and keep it as a proof and act as per what they recommend.

Just make sure that your points don't fall Under the cutoff score for your round of invitation
