    The call centre is fully aware of the missing steps.Call and provide your email address they will send it to you the same time that you are on the phone.They email it to me even without me calling them as I had provide my email when I applied 4yrs ago for my mom.

    Interview is before the test, and the office that will process is close to where you are living. It is very true that the Mississauga is very efficient ,if you pass the test you get to know the results same day and get the oath letter same day as well if pass.Hope this help............. :D :D :D

    "We received your payment, along with one or more citizenship applications. To find out how long it takes to process a routine application, please consult the Application Processing Times. " This is what it says online when I checked with my client ID #.
