I have sent email on august 13 and no automatic acknowledgement email till date. What is issue. Is this happened with anyone recently.

Did they gave you time extension for sending passports or still it remains 60 days from the date of your PPR letter?

Congrats and thank you for your feedback about no automatic acknowledgement. It seems the average time for response for VO change is aroundd 15-20 days. however, in some cases it is less than or more than these duration. congrats once again.

I am trying to find out why I am not receiving the automatic acknowledgement. You also try to use your sources and let me know, what exactly is the issue. Because as per their guidelines we should wait for 24 hours for automatic email delivery email. Now in our case it is more than that.

I forgot to mention here that I replied to their PPR request email which is CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca. I did not copied the email link they mentioned in that email. I hope they have received it. But i do not any way to confirm.

Please give your timeline then its easy to understand. If your medical reports are received and you have paid RPRF and even you have submitted PCC then within year you will get reply from them. But if you have something pending then they will ask you to complete the formalities require by them...
