Anybody has received PCC after medical?

Any one has received PCC request after medical is done?
Because I did my PCC 3 years back that time my PCC request came before my medical.
This time I have completed my medical 2 nd time and waiting to get PCC request as they have not yet send.
Plz give me your suggestion and opinion on it.

I have applied under PNP. Skilled worker.

PCC are only valid for 3 months hence if this time has passed since you'd provided PCC earlier for immigration, you would need to get another one and submit.

I have submitted my PCC 3 years back within 3 months only on CIC request. It was not expired when I send.
SInce 3 years are already over they have asked me to repeat all medical and that's why am asking what are chances of asking to repeat PCC?
