My eCas is still showing as Application received and I sent my docs on the 23rd of April. I never really received an offical AOR but when I emailed CPP-Ottawa they gave me my File Number which starts with E00007xxxx. So I am assuming that is my AoR? Anyways still waiting for my medicals though
