You need to note one thing, no one can tell for sure that they will not get reported. Secondly since the kids are PR so even if the CBSA finds the kids don’t meet RO, they have to let the kids into Canada. CBSA can’t prevent the kids from entering Canada. You can then go ahead with the appeal...

That is not correct, I have entered Canada several times through the land border with the expired PR card, and I had no problem. Of course my PR card in under renewal and I do meet the RO. But I didn’t have any issues crossing the border..

Expired PR card and your passport should be good enough. No harm having additional documents

Don’t worry, several people are there. My wife also submitted in June 2017 with 780 days and went into secondary review but got her card in March 2018. I submitted mine in July 2017 with 1200+ days and went into secondary, no news yet. Unless you plan to travel, just keep waiting...

As mentioned earlier, she will still be a PR unless she tries to enter Canada and is reported by CBSA of failing to maintain her RO. Or else she can go to the Canada mission post in the country she is and renounce her PR. And then you can sponsor her under family class.

Does the test invite come by regular mail or email/ in e-cas? I feel the BC applications processed slower. My sons application is in IP since mid-Feb( app reached in Nov end) and haven't yet got any invite . Whereas I see people from Toronto side who submitted in Jan already got invite and next...

I had a friend, who traveled to India and did not have any problem and no problem if you are india passport holder.If you are an Indian passport holder, you will have problem exiting India after you have travel to India with less than 6 months valid passport.

People have 2-3 jobs at a time, so what is the problem with overlap? Besides, she was not employee of the earlier company only receiving income from that. Report as the things happened and not based on income. That’s what I think. Others can comment
