    Views on RO issues

As I mentioned in the other post of yours, I don't think anyone in this forum will advice you which option you need to take. That is a decision you have to take by yourself. When you have valid PR cards, use the automated border entry at the airports and keeping minimum months from the last...

    PR Obligation- Advise needed urgently

You need to note one thing, no one can tell for sure that they will not get reported. Secondly since the kids are PR so even if the CBSA finds the kids don’t meet RO, they have to let the kids into Canada. CBSA can’t prevent the kids from entering Canada. You can then go ahead with the appeal...

    PR Obligation- Advise needed urgently

Every PR is expected to maintain RO, adults and minors both.Do all of you have valid PR Cards? Then chances of getting report are very less. If you don't have valid PRs then better travel to U.S.A. and travel to Canada by road because if you try to apply for PRTD then they may detect the kids...

That is not correct, I have entered Canada several times through the land border with the expired PR card, and I had no problem. Of course my PR card in under renewal and I do meet the RO. But I didn’t have any issues crossing the border..

Email from CIC that PR card renewal needs secondary review

Don’t worry, several people are there. My wife also submitted in June 2017 with 780 days and went into secondary review but got her card in March 2018. I submitted mine in July 2017 with 1200+ days and went into secondary, no news yet. Unless you plan to travel, just keep waiting...

Only the principal applicant meets PR obligation

As mentioned earlier, she will still be a PR unless she tries to enter Canada and is reported by CBSA of failing to maintain her RO. Or else she can go to the Canada mission post in the country she is and renounce her PR. And then you can sponsor her under family class.

As I said, travel to india, having India passport with less than 6 months validity is not a problem. But when you try to come back to, let’s say Canada, there is immigration check when you exit India. They will not allow you to board flight if your passport is less than 6 months valid ( I am...

Renewing PR Card - Urgent Query

People have 2-3 jobs at a time, so what is the problem with overlap? Besides, she was not employee of the earlier company only receiving income from that. Report as the things happened and not based on income. That’s what I think. Others can comment
