Do you know anyone who worked with you there? If so get an affidavit from him. else submit an affidavit signed by yourself. Just mention in cover letter that company has closed and submit what ever you have .. pay slips, offer letter, experience letter etc. If you dont need the points for this...

Thanks Rockky. I was just hoping that they update status to say passport recived or medicals recived so that we know documents reached. Presently I only have tracking information from fedex that documents reached on march 8th.

I am in US for 5 years and submitted my application at ND. Thing to worry about is sending passport with someone to India and getting it back. Also hopefully they dont call for interview.

In case you want to save few months in withdrawing and reapplying I would recommend 1. Make a draft of 850 $s. ( I am not sure if you want to do credit card payment) 2. Send a fax to CIC acknowledeging your mistake. Send a copy of draft and tell them that you are sending it by fedex overnight...
