RECEIVED MY APPLICATION TODAY One mistake

Everything is Ok.I mailed from USA.Indicate one mistake I showed 4 family members.Paid fee only himself C$550 instead of C$1400.I sent only $550 bank draft.Now Do i make seperate draft for C$850.Is it Ok what is the procedure?
I sent request letter to HPM Production for Refund my C$ 550 fee.But no body send yet?Please guide.
Show previous 10 years job in work experience with NOC.

Firstly in answer to your question, Providing you supplied an email request they will email and ask you to submit additional payment or they will return your application with money and ask you to reapply.

Your question is hard to understand, Apologies if its me only.

You sent application to Sydney with wrong payment, right? when you you mail your application? if its recently or in what ever situation, as above member said, you already mailed them for mistake... so wait for their reply, if they are kind enough, they may send you request for correct payment, otherwise they will simply returned with application with refund of check as well.

You can also try by sending rest of payment draft at urgent basis but I am not sure if this will work, wait for input from other members.


P.S, friendly advise, do not spam forum, otherwise you may get banned. Trust on me, here every body wants to help other and this is what we are here, if some one is able to reply any question, definitely question will get reply, if you are not getting replied, that mean no one have idea how to help you.

In case you want to save few months in withdrawing and reapplying I would recommend
1. Make a draft of 850 $s. ( I am not sure if you want to do credit card payment)
2. Send a fax to CIC acknowledeging your mistake. Send a copy of draft and tell them that you are sending it by fedex overnight and it should reach them by <>. you may even want to include the tracking number.

Atleast this way your money will reach before they get a chance to reject it. Just my 2 cents

BTW, I hope you acknowledge your mistake of opening so many threads. This is not a paid service where you feel entitled for an answer. If someone knows they will reply. I also created a thread today, no one replied .. but that does not mean I will go on messing the forum I gained so much from. I hope you understand and learn from your mistake.

Guys, I think he is saying that he has received his application. i.e. returned from Sydney because of wrong payment. (Correct me if I am wrong).

He sent an email asking them to payback his money. But since at that time he had no application no, CIC would have no way of finding his application and giving him a reply.

If this is what you problem is. Then make a new draft of correct processing fee and submit your application.

Else, if you have applied and you haven't heard from them, then IMHO you need to wait till they reject your application. If you send them a draft now, since you don't have an application no, it will be very difficult for CIC to use that draft for your application, and I think your application would be rejected anyways, but your second draft might b lost somewhere. If you are using credit card payment option, then may be you can use the option suggested by other members. But in case of demand draft do not take the risk.

If I were you, I won't wait for the rejection of first application, rather would send a full new correct application with correct processing fee. First application would be rejected and you will get the refund and second application would be accepted, and you won't lose any time.


But becareful, this was wat i did, and in the end my both applications were approved and my credit card was charged twice now they are gonna refund me the fee of one application but they say it might take upto 8-12 weeks
