Yup. with everything including the 6 luggages and taxi to get to the airport it's costing around 300 dollars with more weight restrictions. Via rail...no checked luggages...it's all about the luggage that's making it more expensive. Thanks though :)

Thanks for the info...and yes I heard the same, most TRVs are refused if spouse is in Pakistan unfortunately...and one more bad news cvimm...timeline has now been changed to be 29 months for Islamabad :(

As far as I know, they go by the Islamabad timeline as well (28 months)...senior members may be able to better answer this question though.

I know...but....this boat's getting crowded...they should ship some of us to shore :P I look at it this way, my husbands ecas does not even say "in process", so I imagined my file covered with dust just sitting there and being lonely :( at least now, I feel like it has entered the "in process"...

Welcome to the thread! Sometimes call centre is very helpful and sometimes a little less. None of us know how much info (and how correct) they have. If 13 months is your case, then that's awesome, you're very lucky! However, so far, I've not seen posts from anyone saying that their sponsorship...

I filed my application in Nov 2011. I ordered my first GCMS notes on April 8, 2013. I got them today, so that's 29 days. You should expect yours within 30 days of ordering in general, but it may take up to 40 days from what I've heard. Good luck!

Mine are 31 pages long, adobe file. Basically what I got from it is that My husband's medical is in progress which I had no idea, because in Ecas, it just shows, "we received your application for permanent residence on Nov 2011" and no other updates since then :S I was starting to think my file...

I just got my GCMS notes today about 1 hour ago!!!! I found out my husband's medical is in progress right now, so yes, I believe it's good to order them to see where you stand in the process. I'm now expecting them to ask for a remedical anytime soon...or hopefully no remedical and they process...
