Rafzy mate- in the excitement I think you got your dates muddled! I believe Rafzy got PPR on 19 January and app closed 20 Jan, not Dec. Like me, BGC was in progress for what seems like forever. I'm 3weeks and 1 day now.

My background check went in progress on 3rd Jan, and no PPR yet.

I submitted a paper application for this with the same documents that you have and I got refused and told to get a LMIA. My MP called CIC and forwarded the response from them saying I wasn't LMIA exempt, which completely contradicts the quote from the website. hope you have better luck than me!

I applied for a Provincial nominee work permit after eAPR and AOR, and it was refused for insufficient evidence of being LMIA exempt. Should I raise a CSE to say that I have had a visa refused?

I know- I don't know if this is a good thing or a bad thing, but is following g a similar pattern to a UK November applicant who has ppr, so I am hoping and praying!
