Are you asking you wanna delay your PR because you want to add spouse in your app? Medicals is just one step in whole process you Got to understand one thing, you can't add your spouse until you have a marriage certificate with you. You might need to make her a new Passport and add spouse name...

Send it to where you sent the AOR/MR, add a coverletter that you didn't submit the PCC and you are submitting it now. Also add your complete name, client ID and File n o (If you have it), in the CL Also attach photocopy of AOR/MR request with it, basically you are trying to send them a document...

If I am you, I will go ahead and send PCC ASAP, we all know they will ask you for PCC sooner or later, its a major requirement, so why wait

Its PNP, however, my closed WP is valid upto dec. 2013, so I will have to wait for upto August atleast..my guess..

They are on strike outside Canada, EU, China, India etc but CPP-O is still working. No strikes from CPP-O guys.
