yes, i have valid US and Canadian Visa so travel/vacation is not a concern, but as OB states BOWP is for In canada applicants. does that mean at time of application or during BOWp processing time also?

Thanks All for suggestion. I have sent return Canada Post envelope with my application, when I m tracking - it says not valid/no data available. I am assuming they have not mailed it yet...!!

I submitted my TRV within Canada on June 28 and received by CPP-O on 2 July,2013. Processing times in CIC website shows 4 July for TRV since last week. But still I have not received my passport with stamped Visa...!! Can anyone advice how can I track my passport???

But Does the above figure indicates less PR's were granted in Q1-2013 compared to previous year? Meaning Rate of rejection has increased significantly? And hence result in tougher scruitney and checks?
