Do we receive RPRF/Biodata or medical request through email or physical mail (canada post)? Does CIC send anything to your physical address?

that's what I said, You need to be in Canada at the time of applying BOWP Not during the entire processing of BOWP application. Example: If you apply today for BOWP and go to New York on weekend and come back - it does not not affect your application.

Is BOWP taking 8 days to process these days??

Not Correct, it says You should be in Canada at the time of BOWP application not necessarily saying BOWP is "In Process". Simply meaning You can apply BOWP only from within Canada, if you are outside you cannot apply BOWP>
