Hi Neha I am the one who already faced similar kind of problem while submitting my application in 2006 I don't know about current rules and regulations, check it out first whether the rules made any changes,how ever as per my knowledege and expereience i can give some guidelines, may be help...

oh...do you have any idea on old applications, and what is the scope of old applications, as per 2006 worst time line scale, I seen maximum 72 months for clear and process the cases, now my application also crossed 72 months but still no updates? and need one more information, the new rules...

I have one question sir, my ecase status showing Inprocess (started processing september 6th 2006), nothing get any updates from 2006, so even 2006 applications also will be Decision Made ?

guys... be patience, they might be some upgradings are happening., as you can see some messages here, after getting this problem, some changes are done in their ecas, so it's a good news for all ... wait for another couple of days many of folks are in queue to hit this......

for job purpose, am into IT (Information Technology) field. and working in one fo the MNC in India, and I have plenty of expereince with candians , since I have worked for couple of canadian Projects

hmmm I recieved request by post in april i don't remember exact date, according to that sent my full documents to CIC by April EOM itself, and through my courier(DHL) i tracked info that CIC got recieved my documents on may 2nd
