Help required for category 1122

Hi,

My husband and I we are planning to apply for Canadian PR this July 2012 under 1122 category of FSW. As we are preparing our papers we have some doubts. Kindly help us in clarifying our doubts

1: We cant get the transcripts from our college. Please confirm can we submit notarized mark sheets.
2: My husband is working as a Buisness Analyst from last 4 years. We are trying to prepare the format of employment letter but i am not confident. If somebody has already prepared and applied. Please guide us how we prepare our employment letter.
3: My husband is from state Haryana there is a rule if a child is born before 1989 then on the birth certificate they dont mention the name of the baby. To support the document they are asking to attach an affidavit. Can anybody submitted this type of birth certificate to Canadian embassy/ Does this type of birth certificate is valid. Please advise.

Please help me urgently we need to prepare our papers as soon as possible.

I am the one who already faced similar kind of problem while submitting my application in 2006
I don't know about current rules and regulations, check it out first whether the rules made any changes,how ever as per my knowledege and expereience i can give some guidelines, may be help you

if you don't have convicatio certificate with you, then you can send attested copy of marksheets

your question is not clear, already working some where and preparing letters by your own what does it means? you meanto say fake letters, sorry to say but i didn't understand your intension in this question make it clear, so that some one can help you

even my date of birth is before 1985 and doesn't have my name on certificate, so no worries you can keep, it's not at all problem, any how your ssc contains all information correct, they can refer

No no i am not creating any fake employment letter Here i meant to say actually in my company the process is we have to prepare our employment letter of your own (if we need employment letter in any special format otherwise they provide the general format letter which dont contains the role and responsibility and other required information) So we have to provide a format to HR and once it will get approved by our manager and HR we will get the letter. I need help if you can provide any format for the letter. Also please provide some tips which i need to take care while preparing the letter

3: Regarding the birth certificate you mean Canadian embassy accepts 10th/12th class mark sheets.

My personal suggestion is ask your husband HR to make it first general format letter. and I hope that is enough, and about your duties/roles and responsibilities no need to worry when CIC starts BG verifcation they will verify about your duties and roles. they do have third party for doing such a verifications so no need to have special explaining letter on your duties, it doesn't mean that I am declaining, i meanto say initial stage it is not required if CIC asking any where on your hub duties and roles then it's very simple during the day what he is doing in his job just go head with that. else you can google it...

you have to send all your academic details to CIC correct, so while submiting your date of bith cerificate and if your date of bith ceritifacte doesn't contains any name then there is possiblity to refer your 10th/12th.
