Haha! I just worry that my husband wil get defensive because some of the questions are fairly intimate/ can be offensive.. I told him to just be honest and not care. I wish they would interview me, I would tell them anything. I'm far less private than him.

I know two couples that weren't together that long before getting married. Not sure how long but not years that's for sure. Both their husbands are here and both had fairly easy immigrations.. It's absolutely case by case so don't worry too much about it.

Hey Paula, my step dad and two family friends both received passport requests via phone calls.. My step dad and one of the men was 4 years ago and the other was feb 2014.. Haven't heard of the questions via phone call before though.
