Ok! Dont worry when I got mine back in Sept it said it wasnt done and then we heard from VO mid Oct for ppr.

yes all is going good so far....it been a very long road for me but im still hanging in there....me and my wife won our appeal but in oct. but we got the decision letter in nov. so im just waiting again like everyone else

I dont think that they put if they pass the security check on the gcms not at all......i never hear of anyone that got there notes every say that they see passed on the notes for security/criminality so i would not pay that any mind at all

So it's been a crazy few days. I ended up going into labor in the early hours of the day my husband interviewed. I'd didn't call him right away because I didn't want to wake him but when I knew he would be up and on his way to Kingston I called and told him I was at the hospital. Our son took all day to come but he was born December 3rd at 11:27pm. He's amazing!

So my husband was obviously quite emotional throughout this.. He is heart broken to not be here to see his son annnnd he said the lady who interviewed him was very hard on him. She highlighted certain things from his past and really made him feel bad saying phrases like "a leopard doesn't change his spots". Having said that, she didn't deny him. She asked for him to submit more proof that he is truley in love with me within 30 days..

So has anyone heard of anything like this before? My husband and I have been together for almost 7 years. We have joint bills, tons of pics, phone records, proof of being each other's beneficAries and families that know each other. Our wedding wasn't big but people flew in from other countries and it had a ceremony reception etc.. And now we have our son. In my eyes we have done our part and submitted enough.

However we will submit more. I will write a letter and submit my sons information and likely his hospital record.. What else should we send?

It's been hard to think about any of this as my son has been in NICU since Friday morning. He had
Low sugar which has now Been resolved but is now being treated for jaundice..

Any advice you ladies have is great.

Congrats on the new baby! Im so happy for you! This is amazing news. I know how upset you must be that your hubby wasnt able to be with you for the birth. This happened to me too. Twice! Your little one will do great.
As for submitting new info, you should send any info for the new baby, maybe even some letters from friends and family stating they know your relationship is legit. Sounds like the woman gave him a hard time and thats not cool. Im sorry she is being a b***h. That kind of stress isnt something you need right now. Does anyone else have any ideas of what else ahe can send in?

I wouldnt order them before 6/7 months. But, you are passed that now so you can order. Looks like you are coming up soon though. It takes about a month for caips notes to come back. You might hear from the VO first!

Sara have you summitted referance letters i sent three from an chikdhood friend family member and a friend who attended our wedding also picture with other people who was our friends digicel bills western union emails cards he sent me and i sent him i pray he gets threw for you and your son congrats on the birth

Criminality check is the police background check and the security check is where they would contact any other countries he has been to to see if hes been in trouble over there.
