Does anyone understand how to read the caip notes i just received 57 pages but so lost someone once mention that it told you if interview will be requested i dont see this anywhere also what is a security check and criminality check we sent police report is it this because it says not done yet but we already sent police certificate twice help me to understand these notes

I personally did not order notes on my file so I'm not familiar with reading and understanding them but from what I've seen around the forum. Kingston will do their own criminality checks as apart of the process. I understand that this process can take sometime yo complete (in most cases; don't quote me on that tho'). Even though u send in your police clearance they must conduct their own checks so it seems they have not started that part yet on your file. I'll try to see if I can find that thread again. Hopefully someone else with more info can jump in.

Thats true nursewife. It means they have not started the criminal checks as yet on the file.

Yes and thats what am having a problem with. If they request police record and its official and the original why do they have to do their own checks which will take how long, only god knows and then this lengthen the waiting time. They receive your police record and have it your file though. I heard they does security and criminal checks about persons with USA to see if they travel their and did any crime. They sign an agreement with usa i read that before but how they do it with each application, i dont know that.

hopefully shortyp comes back online cause she received notes for her file. But i know base on what she explained in her notes that wherever u see passed that means you are successful in that area.For example, if u see passed for medical that means everything is good with the medical so don't worry about that.

Im so sorry for taking so long to reply. I had to go over mine slowly so many times before really getting any kind of idea of what they meant! Most of it wont mean anything to you, its their coding. And the 1st page will be the most recent info and the last page will be where they started. Go thru it slowly. See if theres any mention of a security check being done yet. Thats the last part they do. If you want to ask about specific areas and want to give me info, in ox me or email me at spanishtownsasha @ gmail. Com

Criminality check is the police background check and the security check is where they would contact any other countries he has been to to see if hes been in trouble over there.

this is what i got from another thread about the criminality/security check..........i hope this can give you an idea about them......i dont know how true it is though but it sound very realistic to me....

They will contact the issuing country of that P/Certificate if it is genuine or not. 7/10 reported to see Criminality completed before Security. Like I said these 2 stages are time consuming for your case. It is good to have your file IN PROCESS because you are eligible then comes the 3 Admissibility's criteria such as Security, Criminality and Medicals. Medical is part of Security in case you did not know that. Canada wants to make sure that its population remain safe from immigration deceases. Few months ago the Canadian Embassies reduced their services in the Countries affected by EBOLA simply because they did not want their population to be contaminated and that would cost heavily on their government. In some cases you may be refused entry to Canada if you are not Non EDE. Non-EDE candidate presents danger to the public health and safety, the government is likely to spend more money on the applicant so they'd like to tell the PR Applicant to see a special doctor if there is no concern they will let you enter. Some family with Non EDE entered Canada depend on what kind of decease they will tell them/you to report to a hospital in Canada until you don't present a threat to the public and other family members did not make it in Canada until the threat is gone since you will be mingled in the public. In Canada it is a crime if you know that you are HIV Positive and you don't want to tell the other partner before sex so that he/she can protect himself/herself if he/she decides to take you upon revealing your status to Him/Her. So this was something I forgot to mention. Hope to meet you in Canada as coworkers and neighbours.
