Re: how to apply

Guys plz help me out. im in Mississauga, Canada, ready to apply for my PR-Family Class. ive decided to do it as out canada versus in canada, as i already have a work permit lasting until 2017 but i want to be able to travel to jamaica while its being processed plus the time is shorter. How do i send in the application from Canada with it not being confused as applying in Canada.

He phoned this morning as they left him a voicemail yesterday but they said nothing yet.. Can't understand why they left him a voicemail yesterday asking him to call them..kinda strange!

Nursewife, that's weird they wouldn't just called and ask him to call them back to tell him nothing!! That don't make no sense.

Hello and welcome. You would fill out the outland application rather than inland of I am correct?

Hello Everyone. I'm planning to send in my application next week and was deciding on inland up until now. I've been looking at the processing time for outland and it seems definitely shorter. I have a few questions:
1. Would I be correct in saying that the current processing time through the kingston office is like 11 months now?
2.I am originally from the Bahamas and I live in Canada with my common law who's a permanent resident. If I'm applying outland it will be processed through Kingston correct?
3. I'm also wondering what seems to be the likelyhood of getting interviewed as I have to consider the additional cost of both of us flying to Jamaica. 4. 4.Is there an AIP phase and getting an open work permit with applying outland?

Thank you in advance
