I applied on 10/10/2014 & file transfered on 13/10/2014(Monday) they said 15-20 days max. but now they are saying to all that processing will be more without giving any reason I applied though vfs jalandar

Credit Transfer to bachelor of computer information systems(4 years), direct entry in 3rd year of program after completing b.tech in CSE from Ptu, Ufv & Ptu are in partnership and had signed MOU for this. even on LOA they mentioned About paternership and Mou Any ideas??? Visa chances?
