I am at 401 points too and i think this is the best option for us to get ITA. Awaiting my nomination in the next few days. They said that OINP will transfer the applications to the next year if the quota is full for 2015. This info used to be at their website, but I cannot find it now...

What is your program? What administration did you get the interest letter from? Where did you apply? Do you apply through Express entry? What's your CRS ? do you have the LMIA-based job offer or provincial nomination?
