got an interest letter today

Please help me with the further steps . I applied on 13th october and got an interest to apply . I have my employment supporting documents ,english scores Celpip 11,7,8,9 and wes evaluation ;Canadian bachelor degree 4 years .
worked Noc Codes 1241,6235,1223 .

should i submit my documents and application .what are my chances .should i get medical and police clearance done before i apply . please guide

What is your program? What administration did you get the interest letter from? Where did you apply? Do you apply through Express entry? What's your CRS ? do you have the LMIA-based job offer or provincial nomination?

I can't comment on your chances of getting nomination (I'm not sure on the cap limit status).
It is advisable to get medical and Police clearance done once you receive nomination or ITA from CIC.

Note: OINP charges 1500 CAD for application. This is just FYI.

Photograph
DD of 1500 cad
Oinp form completed
Proof of funds
Travel documents
Proof of work
Proof of education
Ielts score card copy
Relationship proof in canada if applicable
Birth certificate copy

I am at 401 points too and i think this is the best option for us to get ITA. Awaiting my nomination in the next few days. They said that OINP will transfer the applications to the next year if the quota is full for 2015. This info used to be at their website, but I cannot find it now.

Although the processing time is increasng, anyway this is less than 2-5 years of waiting time like it was before 2014. The document checklist is full and simple and can be found at the official site. No, you do not need Police certs. Medicals should be passed only after and if you receive an ITA.

Note: read carefully about the original or copied documents in the guide.
