Better to use 2174. 2173 requires licensing.

My CRS score is 430 and NOC is 2172. I have withdrawn and resubmitted my profile today. My education is B.Tech and I am applying with my spouse.

What do you think of my chances of getting an interest from Ontario? I was in the pool from August, but didn't receive any.

But designation is Full-Stack Software Engineer. still I can choose 2174?
