Does ECAS tell you to which VISA office they've sent it, or do we have to wait for the official letter for that?

Yea, mine didn't say anything either, which apparently happens depending on the person processing it. Not going to worry about it until they let me know they don't have it for real.

In the spreadsheets and topics, the latest May applicant that received SA I can find is the 27th. Summer slowdown is really kicking in. And that's fine and understandable IMHO, these people are humans too. They deserve summer breaks just as much as we do. And waiting a few days is good practice...

In my case it might be that they haven't opened the "Applicant" envelope that contained the receipt/form for my medical yet. And since I didn't have my passport when I did my medical, they might not have been able to find it online. I also read that a some visa offices/officers don't update...

Looks the same for me, except it doesn't say they've received my medical information :(

Ugh, that's not fun CamL-W! They say they update the website weekly, but that has not always been true. I wouldn't wait that long to call again. It's true that they haven't approved any June applications yet, according to the spreadsheets. I'd call the day somebody in our group receives their SA.

Possibly, but there are a few end of May people that haven't received their SA yet, so I think the CIC is not quite yet at the June group. Soon though!

You need at least 10 posts to get access to that feature. IIRC

Seems like they are showing up a bit at the end of the month. The first part of the month was 37 days on average, now it is more like 32 says. Congrats everyone, on to the next stage!

@WeeHippieElf: It's the latter. So total time = time for sponsorship approval + time indicated at visa office.

Received AOR today :D (application received by the CIC according to Canada Post on the 8th of June and on the 9th according to the CIC)

An AOR is nothing more than an e-mail or letter to tell you officially that they've received your application. Sometimes they don't send it, but that doesn't mean they haven't received it. So yea, to me this has the same value as an AOR.

Sounds to me they didn't send you an AOR, or they sent it to the wrong e-mail address.

Nothing here either, but I don't expect anything until the end of the week. If they send us an AOR, that is. :S

Personally I find having an extra spreadsheet for this specific topic easier to follow and extract recent information from than the longer one for 2015. The year averages, for example, are several days off compared to our month so far. I agree the global 2015 one has its use too, so I'm using...

There is no edit option, just go to your row and click the field/cell you want to change. The cells in certain columns are calculated automatically and you can't edit them, but it will tell you if you try. In general, all date fields, visa office names and your nickname are editable.
