When you sent it with Canada Post, did you get a receipt with a tracking number? If so, you can check it via https://www.canadapost.ca/cpotools/apps/track/personal/findByTrackNumber?execution=e1s1
@VGR1990 we've only just started receiving confirmations that the CIC has received applications from early June. Currently it's 40+ days after sending that you'll get this so called Acknowledgement of Receipt (AOR). See here: only 4 AORs so far...

Welcome Memefab! Congrats Sarim! And don't worry CamL-W, yours will happen soon enough. The process not going to be perfectly in the order they received it unfortunately, we just have to wait.
I'm still in the sponsorship approval stage, so nothing from me. With the current trend of handling a lot of Vienna's cases in either Mississauga or Ottawa, it seems there isn't a lot of activity for Vienna itself.
Staff's going on vacation, I'm guessing. So I kinda expect it to go up a bit more.
Once the 1st of June people have their AOR it'll give us a rough idea how much they've slowed down during this period. Soon I hope! :)
@ abddayo: Several reasons I'm guessing:
- Easy cases are processed faster than complicated ones. The time mentioned on the CIC website is the time required to complete 80% of the applications, which means it includes a lot of non-straight forward cases. This affects the time required.
