I did MP inquiry 1st week of April and found out that they had not touched my file and it was still waiting for "initial review" and this was when NDVO was half way through July applications.

yeah, it will be different for each MP, some will do it by e-mail, some will require you to actually come in. This was just my own personal experience that I had to go to his office the first time.

Yes it is true, but the first time you have to actually make an appointment and go to the office to do it, then the second time you can just e-mail your MP. This is my personal experience :D

Medicals were done on May 13, I did an MP inquiry 3 weeks ago and found out that NDVO has not touched my file yet, and it was still waiting for "initial review", but interestingly my MP said that the medicals expire June 13 so it appears that they extended the medicals ::) ::)
