    Man, don't over think this one: just send to Sydney. They are the ones that pre-screens and sends to Ottawa, or wherever it will be processed. It's even correct to leave the item blank for the "Office requested" field if you are in Canada.

    Just submit your latest one (2013) and your latest payslips. Everyone knows that the 2014 portion (NOA/T4) will be available at some point in early 2015. You may submit that once you have it.

    ^I agree with retwant. No one is forcing you to apply and go through this process. We are all hopeful immigrants at the mercy of our host country. The least we could do is trust and respect the system. Mine took 15 months btw.

    How can you order something that isn't there yet? Besides, even if your case is already in the system (GCMS), the earliest you can find meaningful information will be 6-8 months from submission.
