I have heard you can do short landing in canada just to collect your PR card sent by post, then go back to home country.But come back to canada in 2021 ? ( I guess PR card is valid for 5 years i.e. 05/2018 -05/2023) So if land before 05/2021 then I can maintain 2 yr residency rule out of 5...
