So if some one is in breach of RO and is referred to secondary where he lies about his exits then what will happen ? Will they use cbsa record and charge him for fraud or what ?

What happens when valid PR Card is lost and the person is outside canada?

I have a Valid PR Card , got it renewed 2 years back but i do not meet RO i.e i have not resided inside canada for 2 years in last 5 years. What options i have ? Thanks

If one does not meet this RO then ? Will he be allowed entry in Canada ? What legal options one have if some one is reported on arrival for not meeting RO. Reason that PR was looking after his mother back home is sound enough to get consideration in appeal ? Thanks

Apologies for intruding but mine is the second PR Card and I have lived almost 2 years and 8 months outside canada and will not return before December 2016. Although my PR card is valid will there be any problem when I return in December this year. Thanks
