What about the validity of criminality?

My one shows pcc expired on apr 28, 2015 but criminality is valid till nov, 2016. Hope they wont ask the pcc again

Avneet, You need to have passport to get new pcc as they will stamp on the passport. I believe you have one when you took your first pcc. when was your first pcc issued? in the criminality section of you gcms, what is the validity date if it is passed?

Did you order notes during the process? If so, in the criminality section where pcc shows expired it also says validity what does that section say?

Did they ask you for pcc again? When did you submit your initial PCC?

You can sponsor but this first marriage will be a red flag on your application and make sure you explain clearly on your sponsorship application about the situation.

How did u apply for PR? Under which category? If you applied under skilled migrant or any point based program and you have been awarded points for your spouse to make you eligible for program, then divorce will result in cancellation of complete process which includes ur PR even if it is...

You can not apply with out a travel document "period"

Process time for london office is 29 months from the date they receive the application. so has just entered the waiting period.

according to my notes everything is passed except security which is not started and then they changed to inprocess in nov, 2014

Got Re-medicals today for my wife asking for chest X-ray and submit within 7 days. PP is with them. three weeks ago they asked to submit updated background info and today medicals. >:(. Actual medicals are valid till Apr 04, 2015.
