As far as I know, once the file is forwarded to the local visa office, you can send your inquiries directly to the visa office. Maybe you should ask them what the status is and if they received your file.

CIC sent me an email mentioning that they need to reassess my sponsorship eligibility. They asked for the following documents: Form IMM1283 Option C print for 2013/2014 T1 General + T4/t5 Paystubs Letter of employment Statement of Business Activities Other income

thanks for the idea, I used the automated phone service as well. But it didn't tell me when they will ship the option C prints. I also have the online print outs, but not sure if CIC would accept them.
