@Bryanna saved me as well as after submit forms i had no idea there is any option in form where you have to state about your previous refusal as soon as i realise after 20 or 25 days i asked in forum and then she helped me and i send CSE request and they noted changes in file and all went good

Your current travel history is weak which can't prove you as a tourist how many days visa you applied and did you attached day by day program itineraries like what you will do during your stay?

well in KHI i went and told them that i got a call from IRCC and they ask me to submit passport no single document were asked and passports were submitted as i got a call not even a email .

they refused to take mine as well but it doesn't matter if they need it they can ask but fortunately i added my tax deceleration and and a assets and funds summary sheet so it had everything stated so they do know i own property if they needed they can ask but they never ask

ofcourse i applied with family every country and i got visas from Dubai from home country without any issues no matter it was USA or no matter it was EU or UK or CA but i build things since 2015 and in 2017 apply for ca however got US in 2016 :)

why you aren't applying visas with family and why youo want to go alone may be this thing is leading them in a doubt that you are not a genuine visitor?

how can you say that?? if they took time more chances you can get visa either they have no reason to hold your case and send you refusal later last year there were many fellows who applied with me got results after 3 to 5 months and most of them got visas

he is on student status that might be a main reason of this refusal plus insufficient funds and the other thing he is living on temporary basis so that is why immigration status reasons are clear and understood don't try to apply again until fix these issues first what documents you submitted...
