So i called CIC, the agent was nice to me, he told me it will take around 8 weeks to get a appointment from the Edmonton CIC, they can call early also or usually they suggest to do flag poll, so finger crossed hope they call within a month or so lol 8)

it took total 23 days, sent it to Ottawa on 28th Oct and received it back on Nov 19.

Relax buddy, it's not a serious misrepresentation as the question says has the applicant applied to CIC before, i applied to CIC for my work permit and visa too, but said no for the question didn't do anything to my application got PPR and now just waiting for my COPR, your application shouldn't...

It says Approved on MyCIC, but the return tracker for my passport is not activated so far, just waiting for it.

There is no fixed number of lines, for some there are only 5 and for some there 7 lines, so it all depends on their application, those lines nothing update their application progress, 1. Received application 1. starting working on your file 3. medical received, 4.requested document please...

you were suppose to write you full name and date of birth at the back of one of the photo, if didn't then i will suggest to call CIC and let them know they will let you know if they need another set of photos with your name or DOB.
