I got a DOC request today from cic.

i got the second document. I do not know what the first document is?

"This is in reference to your application for permanent residence in Canada. In order for us to continue the review of your application, we require the following documents:

  • UCI# - My Name
  • Schedule A: A separate and newly complete schedule a background declaration form (IMM5669)

UCI# - My Name

this is just stating your UCI# and name, you just need to submit schedule A.
 
Yeah the message is confusing..

I had a hard time as well when they asked me my UCI# and Celpip official test score. I mean they said "Documents" not "document" and they wrote UCI# after the line"... we require the following documents: " Not sure why they always put that UCI# there. Perhaps, the request is for applicant with more than 1 UCI# for their family member and different request for different UCI

Yeah. It's confusing. I'll just submit the sch a. I was thinking maybe they were looking for a proof for my uci #, like my pgwp or study permit.

This might be a dumb question but how do you upload additional requested documents. I see no upload option on mine?

1.Sign in to your MyCIC account.
2.Under “View my submitted applications” click on “Check status and messages”.
3.Under “Application Details” click on “View submitted application” at the bottom of the page.
4.On this page, you will have the opportunity to upload the additional document, the same way you uploaded the others.
5.To upload your document, find the document listed in your checklist that appears as “Not provided” and click on “upload document”.
