Dhaka University Masters of Science (1 year) equivalent to what in ECA?

Hi Guys,

One of my friends has a Bachelors in Science (4 yrs) & Masters in Science (1 yr) from Dhaka University.

What will be his ECA equivalence? Will his ECA give him a Canadian Equivalence Master's Degree and hence 135 points?

Universities from Bangladesh will get 4+1 years of study = Canadian 4+1 = masters if the University is a recognised one, as I have personally seen, and yes transcripts says it all.

Thanks for the responses.

Actually, the free online tool on WES does not let you assess for Bangladesh as it is not an option in the selection page. While on the first page of the online tool, it will let you choose Bangladesh, it will not let you do so when you are choosing the country from which you did your Masters.

Hence, I wrote here to get some feedback.
