how do u send passport? did u bring it to Delhi yourself or did u mail it?

my husband showed up to ndvo and they told him they are only accepting passports at the very end now. this is how most counties function anyways. don't worry its nothing to do with the overall processing times

my husband is waiting for his final sputum results for tb which will take two months. basically August until the final report can be sent. do you guys think this will delay our application? I heard they don't even start looking into the rest until the final report is in. I'm a December applicant.

isn't this forum for ppl going through ndvo? who says u need to be born in India to have a spouse who is from there?

not talKing it serious I'm just saying as someone from a completely different background (born canadian with Italian background) I myself see that there is good in adapting of course but there is also so much that is good in keeping some of our cultural quirks. this whole assimilate entirely...

I received ppr in January but missed it as they had the wrong email address. when my Hubby went to drop it off they refused it saying they changed their process. they no longer take passports until the final stages

not necessarily anytime. we received passport request in Jan didn't realise until recently cause we ordered notes. the we called to make sure he could submit. obviously no real answer. then my husband did the 15 hour bus ride to Delhi to submit and they refused it saying theycannot accept them...

o thank you soooo much. I know that Im not to expect a visa for a few months yet but I thought maybe it was being delayed by the medical not being finished. I feel alot better knowing that it won't be delayed.

does anyone have any insight on this? if some of you received notes at my stage did it say not started? is this because I didn't send the passport yet or cause of the medical?

also is it Normal that the rest of the checks have not been started? is it because they didn't receive the passport yet or the final medical. or is this normal at this stage in the application?

I too have not received a ppr. I am a December applicant and so I was concerned. I ordered notes and contacted my mp to make an enquiry. I will update about the status of my application when I have news. I think that alot of ppl still have not received ppr who applied at the same time
