Hi All,
I have a question for which I don't seem to find a good answer else where.
As per my understanding, the upfront medical results are valid only for a period of 9 months.
Now the file processing time itself takes almost the same amount of time or longer. Hence, the probability of one's medical tests being outdated are very high.
Does the visa office consider the original tests for evaluation? If not, How should one handle this situation. Wait for letter from visa office requesting to undergo another medical test? Won't that delay the process further?
Is there a provision to send a new set of medicals before they ask for a retest?

Please advise.

PS: Past experiences, suggestions from representatives/ advisers appreciated.

mostly medicals are extended for about 1 week from the date you date did. And in some rare cases they can be extended for anywhere from 1 month to 3. But this is rare and has not happened in the last few months. The only thing you can do if it expires is wait for remedical email. And u have to have the attached letter to get it done. They won't allow you to get it done without it. All you can do is wait for it.

hey waiting 2exhale..what are u doing dese days..just disappeared from d forum I know I know u are doing shopping all d day....packed ur 6 suitcases or not...

still here..not going anywhere until I hit 2000th post (even if it takes one year to get there) or the last applicant of Dec 2013 gets his/her visa (which might take 4 months) whichever comes first....few pages ago ( which lovely staff of Canada immigration forum promptly deleted) someone who was actively involved in the racism discussion asked me why I was still hanging around in ND forum instead of looking for a job. To which I asked why people don't like me in this forum and was it due to racism against people from mars or discrimination because of my green skin color...that was my last post which was deleted by Cohen....6 pack suitcases? full of gold bars?

Engagement ceremony photographs, Photographs of the rituals of a traditional wedding ,Photographs of post wedding outing with sponsor. Proof of communication (photos, letters, E-mails, phone bills), between you and your sponsor since sponsor returned to Canada after wedding.

Hey i alraedy sent about 60 pics with my package but they are asking fo more detailed photos.

What ever it is we have provide them to support our appliaction...

my husband is waiting for his final sputum results for tb which will take two months. basically August until the final report can be sent. do you guys think this will delay our application? I heard they don't even start looking into the rest until the final report is in. I'm a December applicant.
