    Question is that did your passport number changed . If yes then inform Ndvo stating cover letter whats the change , i assume u need new pcc even in tht case . Do call ndvo customer care or cic to know exactly wt u hv to do

    u need to carry the mail n attachment printout , 2 photos (latest) , passport n xerox of passport . wch evr passport copy u hV kept with application carry tht . as u told u hv changed passport name , i think u must inform ndvo abt it
