My status is the same as you. I had my file transferred to Hongkong. Probably they are sending you a SA letter by regular mail.

I have a question here. I can apply for Quebec CSQ right after I got the email from CIC about the approval of sponsorship. Am I right? Now my file is on the way to Hongkong and I have not hear anything from Hongkong visa office.

All of his sponsorship forms are in the good shape with original signature from both of us. I hope they will let us pass the section one instead of turning down from the very beginning just because of two scanned signature from my forms.
