Hi,

we submitted out application at the end of Dec. 2013. I have not heard anything yet and wonder anyone who have submitted recently want to share their experience? Thanks very much!

no one has submitted application to Hongkong visa office recently?

Regarding CIC website, the Mississauga office is working on the application received on 27 December. I am sure you will receive the AOR very soon by email ( if you provided email address).

My case is through Hong Kong VO as well, hope to hear from them soon...

Hi, I also sent my application at the end of December and have received the AOR on Jan 31st so far.
I'm still waiting for sponsor approval. Hope my application will be transferred to Hong Kong soon.

Hi Annie, thanks for your reply. I got the AOR same day as you and I got the email today that they transferred my file to HongKong.

Hi Annie,

I am quite lucky and got my Application received on Jan31 and SA on Feb 3.
I am sure you will get your SA very soon. :)

I got AOR on Jan. 31, too, but haven't got SA yet. hope everything is fine. ::)
 
Just checked On-Line service on CIC website that my Sponsorship Application status is now Decision Made. However, we still haven't got SA email and the details of the status is as below

1. We received your application to sponsor XXXX on December 31, 2013.
2. We sent you a letter on February 3, 2014 about the decision on your application. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

So I suppose we will receive a regular mail instead of email and so far we can't tell if it is sponsorship approved or not. I think just need to be patient for the letter.

Hi gersonjaijai,

Do you have any idea hong long it takes for AR2 after DM1? I think our case are quite similar.

my online status said the same thing as you. maybe they sent a email which went into spam box. Or they sent you a regular mail to his home address. I think there wont be any problem for you. We are on the same path now!
