LOE is that you are giving a clarification to the VO to understand your case from your point of view. Can be just a file typed on your computer as a pdf. The bank letter won't say the $2000 you received is a gift. This is when you explain your situation to the VO with LOE. Hope this helps

This happens mostly if there is another person with same name as yours and has a police record in Canada. But, even if there is another person with the same name VO will ask for biometrics.

Not the best of advice but I think you shouldn't waste your ITA. Answered under your questions. I really hope this works out for you. But you should have addressed the names issue way earlier.

I did not provide anything regarding POF. If there is no place to upload proof of funds then IRCC do not want it. You do not even need to write LOE for the same. Good luck
