Proof of Funds 6 months criteria

So, I am on work permit right now, which will expire on Dec 17,2019.
I have a score of 458 and my account balance is 13100 and increasing. But before september 17 it was around 5000$. I took a gift deed from my dad for which I have an affidavit dated on Sept 17 and I want to apply for PR. But thing is if I apply for PR now and get an invite i have 60 days before which i have to submit bank statement. But if 6 months static balance of 12670$ needs to be shown, then mine would not meet the criteria until March 17, 2020.
So, my question is,
1) if I have an affidavit, do I still need to show the 6 month static balance of 12670$?
2) one of my friends told me, that i can stay by applying for work permit on implied status and get the bank statement on january, since 4 months minimum static or increasing balance from 13000$ can also qualify.
3) My plan is, if 6 months criteria is not needed, i could apply for PR and after i get invite, apply for work permit extension with that. Is that okay?

If you are an inland CEC or FSW applicant then you are not required to show POF. How long was your work permit valid for when you received it?

I did postgraduate course 1 year in canada, so my work permit was also 1 year but i wasnt working full time under NOC job. I'm pretty sure i have to show POF since they didnt let me sit for the pool. even though i was shown elligible.
