ECAS Processing Time....for parent sponsorship why would it go back in time to May 11, 2007? very very strange the date was on May 24, 2007

I applied mid June 2007 for sponsorship and until today Nothing yet. Ecas show that they're processing applications RECEIVED up to May 24, 2007. AFter that, it should be 2-3 months until My parents can apply from home country. So about 5 years or more by the time they immigrate here.
