Me and my partner have been together more than a year BUT

we have been living together more than 1 year ,
but my concern is that we have lived at staff accommodation for 6 months ( we worked together before and our employer provided us staff accom) , At this situation how we can proof that we lived together ? As I know I need to get a signature form GM (general manager ) and
our ex-roommate ( they know that we lived together.. ) Is that enough ?
then does anyone know that how to make letter to get signature form GM ? and Roommate ?
I don't really know how to start to make a letter form ...
Please Give me some advices

can't you proof your residence by showing a telephone bill with your name or her name?
bank statements with your names?
any types of bills showing your names will show you did reside that that address

where did you hear about having to have your GM sign your letter?

I would just write a very simple letter:

Immigration Address
