Yes, i was applied on 18.March.2009 (38 occupation), I got two file numbers from CIO and DAMASCUS visa office. after that my file transferred to WARSAW visa office and for a incorrect decision had been rejected on 12.Jan.2012, after 3 years. you can imagine my family circumstances at that time...
