I have asked to my consultant he said just wait .....plz reply

Hi,

I also submitted school leaving certificate as date of birth proof. It has my full name, DOB and father's name. Is it sufficient or mother's name is also required?
I read somewhere in another topic on this forum that either of parent's name is fine.

My application came back...... reason Do not have mother and father name in birth proof ( school leaving in my case)

I already have birth certificate ready by now is it worth re-applying in 2132 now ??? Will i make it to come un cap if i apply tomorrow??? It will reach canada by 23rd oct.

Call CIO department, more than 90% your application is coming back to your consultant.

I also did the same but as per letter from immigration mother or father name is required .....
Full name includes fathers name but in my case they have not considered the same.




If it gets through u will be lucky one.

It is just a guess my friend, as per our experience on this forum, it could be wrong delivered form (like Schedue-3), job experiences or duties, ECA, Credit Card or ....... I hope that my guess being wrong and it is just being a short delay in considering your case by CIO.

thanks for replying. could you tell me that i have submitted the duties on the sheet mentioned by them and submitted all my experience certificate n all. is that the reason i have submitted my duites of my own is the rejection reason. or if it rejects by when should i get my app back?

Sorry to quote you but your application might be on its way back to home.

It takes more than 1.5 month to come back as it comes through surface courier.

It takes more than mont and half to come back. It was my exp.

The job duties must be on company's letter head duly signed by your supervisor/responsible officer..... otherwise it will be rejected...

Thanks buddy... ;D any updates from NDVO...??? Was going through the spreadsheet of 2011 ... the average time I saw between the AOR and the MR was max two and a half months... but this year seems to be tough ... though the opening was too grand for FSW2013... : but the things have become quite slow... what to expect... ???
